New.Track.Mixes.

So, Easter weekend getaway didn't work out as planned.

Anyway, updated the five track mixes (side bar) with five new tracks:

The Grates - Message (2.3MB), the first track of their EP, The Ouch. The Touch.. Previously plugged. Yeah Yeah Yeahs meets Chicks on Speed? Maybe, but this Brisbane band is all buzz. Via NME.

Daft Punk - Robot Rock (3.4MB), from the recently released, Human After All (and the album was also recommended). Someone needs to teach me how to do the "robot rock" dance. Unbelievebly techno-catchy.

Copeland - No One Really Wins (2.4MB), from the new album, In Motion. Extremely good emo pop/rock, even for the emo-haters. Damn straight, best track on the album.

Caesars - Jerk It Out (2.3MB), from 2003's 39 Minutes of Bliss (In an Otherwise Meaningless World). So, I hate the iPod Shuffle ads. But the song they play over it is catchy. And here it is. At least its not U2.

Lou Barlow - Home (3.2MB), from his new album, Emoh. Formerly of Dinosaur Jr., this is Lou's official solo album under his real name (previously as Sentridoh) and the indie rock legend doesn't disappoint. He's being interviewed by Richard Kingsmill on Triple J's 2005, which you can listen to live online here from 6pm this Sunday. Via InSound.
