Ben Folds Australian Tour + New Album


Ben Folds is coming back to Australia for a national tour to coincide the release of his anticipated new album, Songs for Silverman, which will be released on April 11th (April 10th in some selected stores) in Australia.
You can pre-order the album now, which is also available in a CD/DVD pack.

The first single off the album, Landed, is currently on high rotation on most radio stations and be sure to vote for it on Triple J's Net 50. The single is also available as a digital purchase at iTunes and most other digital music stores.

Australian tour dates:
12th March 2005 - Perth at Kings Park w/ the West Australian Symphony Orchestra
13th March 2005 - Perth at Kings Park w/ the West Australian Symphony Orchestra
2nd April 2005 - Sydney at Enmore Theatre
3rd April 2005 - Brisbane at Tivoli
6th April 2005 - Melbourne at The Forum
8th April 2005 - Adelaide at Thebarton Theatre

For Adelaide, tickets have gone on sale since March 4th at Venuetix and costs $50 + booking fees.

This Ben Folds tour and Ted Leo + Pharmacists/Blueline Medic tour are like, my most anticipated tours of the year so far.

Of course, I'm going! We both should go and join him on stage and totally tap-dance on the piano!
